In addition to her health coach training, Lacy is an experienced nursing assistant and medical assistant. She completed the medical assistant program at Wenatchee Valley College in 2011 after completion of the nursing assistant program in 2009. These programs provided her with an intimate understanding of the current standards in convention medicine, in addition to a perspective on what that model does well and where that model often fails its patients.

Lacy is currently working towards her AA in Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) through the American College of Healthcare Sciences. Upon completion of this program, she will be a certified nutritionist, aromatherapist, and registered herbalist.

Lacy is the office manager at Alpine Valley Wellness Center (AVWC) in East Wenatchee, WA. She began her employment as a work study student in 2008. Working at AVWC changed her life, introducing her to integrative health care, and inspired her to help make a change in the world around her. In 2010, her mentor and physician, Dr. Jacqueline Thomas, discovered a health issue which required Lacy to eliminate gluten from her diet. This changed her lifestyle dramatically and inspired her to begin helping others optimize their lifestyle.

Lacy’s education and experience has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, lifestyle management and preventive health. Her mission is to help clients become the best version of the self-possible with lifestyle changes that produce long lasting results.
